About This Data
How SEAI residential retrofit data is reflected across this tracker:
- Overall home counts & grant spending: Includes all SEAI residential programmes, including One Stop Shop deep retrofits and fully funded Warmer Homes upgrades for low-income households.
- Technology charts (solar, heat pumps, insulation, glazing): Includes One Stop Shop deep retrofits and individual grant works, but excludes equipment installed under free Warmer Homes upgrades (which are not itemised by technology in SEAI's measure datasets).
